Whether you are looking for a new job, a better job or a new career path, you’ll find many opportunities at the free job fair hosted by the MarshWalk Restaurant group in Murrells Inlet. The MarshWalk job fair will be held on March 7th, 2018 from 9am to 1pm at Inlet Affairs, located at 4024 US-17 Business in Murrells Inlet, SC, across from Drunken Jack’s.

All MarshWalk restaurants have openings for fulltime and part-time positions. The busy season is upon us and they need employees like you. Current positions are open for front of house and back of house staff members.

MarshWalk Employment Application

Host/Hostess:  Including but not limited to: This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner. Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups. 

Waiters and Waitresses: Including but not limited to: Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.

Cook: Responsibilities including but not limited to:  Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cooking food in various utensils or grillers.  

Dishwashers Responsibilities:  Including but not limited to: Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. 

Bartender Responsibilities: Including but not limited to: Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
